Case - Sensitive SPARQL Query

Talked to Luke today.

Can't do case-insensitive regex with Virtuoso SPARQL Queries.
Not yet anyways.

Getting around this by using regex(str(?taglabel), "[Ll][Oo][Cc]");

Note to Self:
If it's in the standards for W3C SPARQL recommendation, it may not be implemented that way in Virtuoso
